 I've decided to add some sample matches to help people possibly join. Both of these I wrote for my character Thor in another fed(we write our own matches... somewhat strange). And yes the first match is Thor vs Zeus... haha. Announcer: This next match is an, INFERNO MATCH! ::crowd erupts with cheers.:: Announcer: First, from Lisbon, Portugal, weighing in at 265 lbs. Zeus! ::As his theme echoes threw the arena Zeus walks through the curtains and stands under the titantron watching the fanīs reactions, Zeus does his King of the World taunt and starts walking down the aisle and slides into the ring.:: Announcer: And his opponent, from Asgard, Thor! ::The opening guitar riff for Asator by Amon Amarth is heard through out the arena, and as soon as the full band kicks in, fire explodes from the stage. Thor comes walking down the ramp and climbs into the ring. Thor looks straight into the air and raises his fist. He then looks down at the ring and punches with all his might, and as soon as this happens the entire apron ignites and fire shoots out of the turnbuckle. Thor waves his hand across the air and all the fire fades away.:: ::Bell rings. The apron starts to catch fire, and almost instantly the entire apron is on fire.:: ::Thor walks towards Zeus and misses a clothesline. Zeus punches Thor and knocks him towards the rope. Thor counters an irish whip. Zeus ducks on a clothesline from Thor. Zeus bounces off the ropes, and gets hit by a big boot. The fire shoots up briefly. Thor stomps Zeus towards the ropes. Thor picks up Zeus and irish whips him. Thor bends over slightly to go for a flapjack, but Zeus kicks Thor across the chest. Zeus back hand chops Thor, and then knocks him over with a clothesline. Zeus starts stomping at Thor. Thor finally grabs Zeus' foot and kicks him in the ankle knocking him over. Thor gets up and after dragging Zeus into the middle of the ring, starts stomping on the inside of Zeus' leg and finally follows up with a leg drop across his leg. Thor picks up Zeus and gives him a hard irish whip into the turnbuckle. Zeus bounces off and Thor gives him a hard clothesline.:: C1: Man, can you feel that impact! ::Thor raises his first and looks at the crowd.:: c2: Yeah no kidding, oh looks like he's trying to get the fans excited. ::Thor grabs Zeus by his throat and tries to push him towards the flames. After getting fairly close, Zeus gives a thumb to Thor's eye and forces Thor to let go. Thor gets up and starts to walk away from Zeus, rubbing his eye. Zeus springs up and kicks Thor in the back of his leg. Zeus starts punching Thor in his upper back, and eventually gets Thor down to one knee. While Thor is on one knee Zeus gives him a hard leg drop across his neck, knocking Thor onto his back.:: C2: A very nice move by Zeus. ::Zeus quickly runs off the ropes and gives Thor a hard running elbow drop. Zeus picks up Thor and whips him across the ropes. Zeus goes for a hurricanranna, but Thor catches him and holds him in the air by his waste. The crowd starts to cheer. Finally Thor walks towards the apron. He goes to power bomb Zeus, but Zeus counters and hurricanrannas Thor outside the ring. Zeus holds onto the ropes, and rolls himself back into the ring, untouched by the flames. The crowd goes wild as Zeus taunts Thor. Thor begins to look at the apron and all the flames and realizes he's going to have a hard time getting back into the ring.:: C1: Zeus is just messing with Thor at this point. C2: Yes, and you gotta love it! ::Thor begins to get frustrated, and looks under the ring. Thor pulls out a chair and some barbed wire which he has wrapped around the chair. The crowd explodes with cheers. Thor raises the chair in the air and the fans keep getting louder and louder. Finally Zeus gets frustrated and after approaching the apron, grabs the ropes and jumps over and knocks Thor over with a body press. Zeus takes Thor's arm and lays it on top of the barbed wire chair. After looking at the crowd briefly, he stomps down on his arm.:: C1: Can you imagine the kind of pain Thor is feeling right now! ::Zeus stomps on his arm two more times. Zeus starts to drag Thor's arm over to the flames on the apron. Thor grabs the barbed wire chair with his other arm and hits Zeus' hand to let him go. Zeus walks away slightly and starts shaking his hand in pain. Zeus turns back around and gets nailed across the skull by the barbed wire chair.:: C2: Good GOD that looked painful. C1: Zeus is going to be feeling that one in the morning. ::Zeus tries to crawl away and Thor hits him one more time across the back. Thor chucks the chair to the side. Thor picks up Zeus and picks him up above his head. Thor drops him across the guard railing. Zeus stumbles around and gets a kick to the gut by Thor. Thor takes Zeus down with a t-bone suplex. Thor goes to the apron and looks for more weapons. Finally he grabs a 2x4. Thor starts to pick up Zeus, but Zeus delivers a number of kicks to Thor's side, and follows up with a clothesline. Zeus grabs Thor by the neck and locks in a sleeper hold. Zeus wraps his legs around Thor and pulls back. Thor shouts in pain. Thor starts to give Zeus elbows to the sides. Eventually Zeus lets go. Both men lay on the ground in pain. Zeus starts to get up and reaches for the 2x4. Zeus grabs the 2x4 and both men start to get up about the same time. Zeus turns to Thor and breaks the 2x4 over his head.:: C1: Holy hell! How is that man still standing?! ::Zeus looks at Thor with amazement. Zeus gives Thor several kicks and punches to his torso and head. Thor is stumbling, but still on his feet. Zeus finally grabs the barbed wire chair and hits Thor across the face, finally knocking him down. Thor rolls over onto his back to show that his forehead is busted open.:: c1: Too bad this isn't a first blood match, or else Zeus would be the winner. C2: I'm sure Thor would be irate if that were the case. ::Zeus picks up Thor and drags him to the steel steps. Zeus walks Thor up the steps and hits his head against the turnbuckle post. Thor holds on the rope, stumbling. Zeus clotheslines Thor over the ropes into the ring. Thor quickly moves away from the flames and the apron, and lays on his back. Zeus grabs the barbed wire steel chair and climbs the turnbuckle. Zeus raises the chair into the air and the fans go crazy. Zeus jumps off the rope, holds the chair underneath him and lands Zeus' Thunder.:: C2: OH MY GOD! What a horrifically athletic movie. How is Thor not knocked out?! ::Both men are out on their backs for a quite some time before Zeus starts to move. Zeus picks up the chair and hits Thor in his leg about fives times before stopping. Zeus grabs Thor's now hurt leg and drags it towards the fire. After a second or so, Thor pushes Zeus against the rope with his foot. Thor pops up and misses a clothesline against Zeus. Zeus keeps running off the ropes and avoids a big boot by him. Finally Thor grabs Zeus across the throat with both hands, and lifts him into the air. Thor holds him in the air for a second or two before throwing him into the closest turnbuckle. Zeus falls on his ass in the corner of the turnbuckle. Zeus' shirt begins to light on fire. Zeus quickly moves away from the corner of the ring and tries to put out the fire. The bell rings.:: Announcer: The winner of this match... THOR! ::The flames lower down and eventually disappear as a man from ring side puts out the remaining flames with an extinguisher. Thor, out of breath. Falls into the nearest turnbuckle to catch his breath. Thor touches his forehead, and then looks at the blood on his forehead. Thor rolls out of the ring, and heads to the back as the camera cuts to commercial.:: Announcer: Our main event match, is a fatal four way elimination match! Already in the ring, from Asgard... he is the WTE World Heavyweight Champion... THOR! ::Thor is resting against the turnbuckle with his championship over his shoulder. He looks around the arena with a smile on his face.:: C1: What a cocky bastard. ::I don't wanna stop by Ozzy Osbourne hits the arena. Bless walks out and dances like jeff hardy as fire works come out of the ground and as hes on the ramp he giving out hi fives to the crowd then he quickly slides in the ring and gets on the turnbuckle and throws up the v.1 sign then motions the crowd to bow down.:: Announcer: From Des Moines, Iowa... he is one half of the Blessed Trojans... BLESS! ::Crazy Bitch plays throughout the arena as Troy Trojan walks in the ring the lights go out and he says "darkness is rising".:: Announcer: From Troy, he is the other half of the Blessed Trojans... TROY TROJAN! ::The lights suddenly dim, and turn back on, flashing colors of green,white, and red while flashing the lights on and off. Backlash dashes out into the stage, then looks at the floor of the stage."Writing on the Walls" Bursts from the speakers, and Backlash hops a bit while the first part of the song is sung. Then, with exact timing with the louder, yelling part, Backlash jumps incredibly high, and Backlash bend over as soon as he hits the floor. The Backlash yells and spreads his arms out into the air, and runs to the ring.In the middle on the ramp, Backlash does a running butterfly kick(Loop Kicks) and fireworks pop out from the ramp. Backlash then slides into the ring, and with a few taunts, waits for the match to begin.:: Announcer: And finally, from Boise Idaho, weighing in at 210 pounds... Backlash! ::All four men enter a ready stance. Bless and Troy are standing more or less next to each other, while Backlash and Thor are on the other side of the ring, standing at different turnbuckles. The bell rings and Thor instantly turns towards Backlash and catches him off guard with a clothesline.:: C1: And here we thought this was more or less going to be a tag match! C2: Thor made it very clear he wanted no partners. This will be every man for themselves, whether the Blessed Trojans like it or not. ::Bless and Troy dropkick Thor in his side right after the clothesline, knocking him into the corner turnbuckle. Backlash gets up and irish whips Thor into the opposite turnbuckle. Backlash irish whips both Bless and Troy towards Thor who both nail him with a dropkick.:: C1: Are they going to team up to take down the big man? ::Thor stumbles out of the corner slightly. Backlash runs towards him and body splashs him back into the turnbuckle. Backlash turns and clotheslines both Bless and Troy.:: C2: Well they were unified for all of ten seconds. ::Backlash turns around and Thor grabs him by the throat and throws him into the turnbuckle. Thor gives him various punches to the gut and head. Troy jumps on Thor's back and locks in a sleep hold. Bless kicks Thor in his left leg several times, until he gets down to his knees. Finally Thor counters with a snapmare on Troy, but Backlash takes Thor down with a hard shuffle kick to the face. Backlash grabs Bless and starts giving him knife inch chops to the chest. Backlash irish whips Bless, but Bless counters. Backlash bounces off the ropes and receives a spear by Bless, but it only knocks him back against the ropes. Bless dropkicks Backlash and he falls over the top rope. Troy gets up and points to Thor. Bless picks up Thor's legs, as Troy approaches his face. Bless does a legdrop across the abdomen, and Troy leg drops across Thor's neck.:: C1: It looks like their plan is to be the two men standing... that is all they need to advance C2: With their weight disadvantage, that might be the best plan for them. ::Troy points to the outside when Backlash is getting up. Bless leaps over the top rope and goes for a vaulting press, but Backlash catches him. Troy bounces off the ropes and nails Backlash with a baseball slide. The crowd begins to cheer. Bless and Troy start stomping on the downed Backlash. Troy slides back into the ring and recieves a series of stomps by Thor. Thor picks up Troy and hits a belly-to-belly suplex, but instead of landing on his back, Troy is flung with such momentum his body does a 450, and he lands on his chest and bounces on to his back.:: C2: Oh my GOD! Did you see that? C1: How could anybody miss that? Troy just did a 450 degree spin, and not by choice. ::Thor follows up that move with an elbow drop across the throat and goes for the cover. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 and Bless breaks up the count. Backlash slides back into the ring. With Bless not looking he dropkicks him in the back of his head, taking him down. Thor and Backlash turn towards each other, and after a second or so, start exchanging rights and lefts. After a while Thor starts to get the better half of Backlash. Thor irish whips Backlash against the ropes. Backlash ducks a big boot. Backlash spins Thor around and gives him three left hand punches to the gut, and follows it up with an elbow to the face. Thor starts to bleed from his mouth a little bit.:: C1: And Thor is bleeding! He can't be happy about that. ::Thor stumbles backwords and leans against the ropes. Backlash gives Thor another shuffle kick, knocking him over the rope. Backlash turns and Bless starts punching Backlash against the ropes. Bless irish whips Backlash against the ropes. Bless goes for a front dropkick, but Backlash holds onto the ropes and avoids the dropkicks. Backlash grabs Bless by his feet and locks in a boston crab. Troy finally gets to his feet and dropkicks Backlash in the face, breaking up the count. Troy and Bless, after stomping on him several times, picks him up and irish whips him into the ropes. Thor starts climbing into the ring, and pulls down on the top rope just as Backlash is going against the ropes, and falls out of the ring. Thor climbs into the ring to receive a series of punches and kicks from Bless and Troy. They irish whip Thor into the turnbuckle, and which point Thor bounces off and takes out both men with a double clothesline. Thor stomps on the ground once and then punches the nearest turnbuckle.:: C2: Looks like Thor is getting a little frustrated. C1: This match must not be going as he planned. ::Thor wipes his mouth and sees the blood on his hand. Thor instantly turns around and sees Bless and Troy getting up. Thor gives Bless a big boot, and then knocks Troy back down with a huge clothesline that flips him over. Thor turns towards his fallen opponents and taunts them to get up.:: C2: Thor has officially snapped! ::Troy runs towards Thor who receives a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Bless runs at him, and after receiving a kick to the gut, picks him up over his head. Troy jumps up and dropkicks Thor in the back. Thor stumbles and drops Bless over the top rope, right onto Backlash as he was getting up. Thor turns around just in time to get hit with Out of the Ashes by Troy. The crowd lights up with cheers. Troy covers Thor. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 .. and Thor kicks out. Troy, frustrated, picks up Thor. As Thor is coming him he kicks Troy in the midsection, hooks his arms and hits Mjolnir on Troy.:: C1: He just hit Troy with Mjolnir! That's got to be all! ::Thor hooks his legs, and the ref counts. ... 1 ... 2 ... 3! The bell rings as Thor pushes Troy out of the ring, and is ushered backstage by WTE staff. The crowd boos Thor as he slides out of the ring. Thor slides Bless into the ring, and slides in himself. Thor puts Bless' head underneath the bottom rope. Thor grabs Bless' legs, and thrusts upwords with his knees and hits a bottom rope guillotine. Thor pulls Bless away from the ropes and covers Bless. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 and Bless kicks out. Backlash slides into the ring. Backlash delivers a hard clothesline to Thor as he is getting up.:: C1: Thor wanted to eliminate both members of Blessed Trojans, but now he has to deal with Backlash. ::Backlash picks up Thor and irish whips him into the nearest turnbuckles. Backlash delivers a number of mid-kicks to Thor. After giving him a few punches to think about, he irish whips him towards the opposite turnbuckle, where Bless gives Thor a superkick. It doesn't knock him down, so he follows it up with a cutter. Bless and Backlash lock up. Backlash gets behind Bless and hits a german suplex. Backlash holds the bridge. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 ... and Bless kicks out.:: C2: Phew, that looked REALLY close. C1: Bless kicked out just in time. ::Thor grabs the ref's attention, and starts holding his neck.:: C1: It looks like Bless may have injured Thor's neck after he hit that cutter. ::Backlash picks up Bless but Bless low blows Backlash with the ref distracted and goes for the Platnimburg, but Backlash counters with the Dazor.:: C2: The Dazor! You know what this means... C1: Yes! Backlash just knocked Bless back down with the Spiral Avenger! ::Backlash grabs the refs attention and goes for the cover. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 ... 3! The bell rings. The ref goes back to check on Thor. Thor pushes the ref off of him and gets up. Thor glares at Backlash and cracks his neck while grinning.:: C1: Thor wasn't hurt! He just wanted it to be down to him and Bless instead of Backlash! C2: As much as I don't like Thor... what a genious move on his behalf, he would of had a HUGE size advantage! ::Thor and Backlash glare at each other and then walk towards each other. Thor wipes some of the blood from his mouth, and slaps Backlash across the face with it. Backlash walks away for a second and wipes the little bit of blood off of his face. Backlash comes back and both men start exchanging blows. They punches start coming less and less, slower and slower and finally Thor goes for a clothesline, but Backlash ducks it. Thor turns around receives a low-impact DDT. The fans begin to cheer. Backlash mounts Thor and delivers three left hand punches to the face, and follows it up with a huge elbow to the face. Backlash climbs the top rope. Thor gets up slowly, and is now bleeding from his nose aswell as his mouth. Backlash goes for the Spiral Avenger, but Thor side steps it. Backlash stumbles to his feet and backs into Thor. Thor grabs Backlash's arms and full nelsons him into the turnbuckle that Backlash just jumped off of. Backlash stumbles into Thor, who nails him with the Mjolnir.:: C2: Could this be it?! ::Thor wipes his face, and smothers Backlash with his blood hand as he goes for the cover. The ref counts, ... 1 ... 2 ... 3!:: C1: Not only does Thor get the victory, but he disgraces Backlash while doing so. C2: It's all mind games with Thor. If he can make a fool out of you while defeating you, all the better. Announcer: The winner of this match and finallist for the King of Extreme Tournament... THOR! ::Thor slides out of the ring. He grabs his title belt and heads for the back as the camera fades to black on the defeated Backlash.:: |
